What it feels like.
Spin at DOSE is built around the music. Instructors programme hills, out-of-the-saddle jogs, sprints and choreography, and every move is in sync with the beat. The room has a top-of-the-line sound system, Keiser bikes, air conditioning and killer lighting.
Every new rider is set up on the bike by the instructor before class, so the settings are right and you feel safe and strong before the first song. Resistance is yours to choose; the instructor coaches the room through the music.
Classes run 45 or 60 minutes. You will sweat, you will probably smile, and you will leave with the kind of energy that carries into the rest of the day.

What happens in the room.

Arrive 20 minutes early
Check in, sign the waiver, collect a towel, rent SPD shoes if you need them, and get your bike set up without rushing.
- 01 · SETUP
Clip in properly
All riders clip into SPD pedals. Rentals are available at the front desk. An instructor will help with saddle and handlebar settings and with any injuries.
- 02 · THE RIDE

Hills, out-of-the-saddle jogs, sprints and choreography, all matched to the music. Resistance is your call, and modifications are always available.
- 03 · AFTER
Cool down and refuel
Water is sold in the studio if you forget yours. Pair the ride with yoga or strength when your week needs balance.
Come as you are.

- Anyone pairing cardio with strength and recovery across the week
The spin room has a top-of-the-line sound system, Keiser Spin bikes, air conditioning and killer lighting. It is built for a full-room ride, not a quiet corner.
